美术和表演艺术中心的设施主要用于学院和专业系列活动. 还可向外部组织提供有限的租用空间, and fees are subject to change. 场地要求签订合同并支付不可退还的25%的租金. The Rental Agreement, Certificate of Liability Insurance, Additional Insured Endorsement, 最后一笔租金要在活动前30个工作日支付. 请注意，大学活动总是优先考虑的, 租赁合同可能要等到学术项目的空间使用需求才会最终确定, Fine and Performing Arts Center events, 其他大学课程也已安排并确认.
